2015 List of Approved Golf Balls for Hickory Play

Classic hickory golf events (1900- 1935 era):

The Ouimet, RTJ and Brown golf balls are approved.  These are manufactured from USGA approved golf balls, weighing the standard 1.62 ozs and sized at 1.68 inches.

Gutta percha era hickory tournaments (1850 - 1900 era):

NHC-  Park gutta percha.  The English 'Oakhurst' ball is also approved.

Foxburg - Park required for the Championship division.  Park, Braid and Vardon LF are approved for senior divisons.
